By engaging CCCD (Canberra Carpet Cleaning DEALS) for cleaning services, the client agrees to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
We periodically update our Terms and reserve the right to modify them at any time without prior notice by revising this document. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms regularly on the Platform, as any modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any booking changes or cancellations. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $50 late cancellation/call-out fee will apply.
Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge. However, a second rescheduling will incur a $50 call-out fee.
Clients must ensure parking is available for the duration of the cleaning service. Access to an external garden tap is required. If carpets have not been vacuumed, we will also need access to electricity. Our cleaning system is a truck-mounted carpet steam cleaner that heats up to 240 degrees within two minutes and remains inside our service van.
For apartments or units, we will require access to electricity and hot water. For houses or townhouses, only a garden tap is necessary.
We are not liable for stains that cannot be removed through standard carpet steam cleaning methods (hot water extraction). While we make every effort to remove stains using suitable chemical treatments, some stains may be permanent and resistant to all forms of treatment.
Quoted prices are based on a standard room size of up to 13 square meters. Larger spaces such as standard lounges or living rooms exceeding 15 square meters will be counted as two or more rooms.
If rooms are not located on the ground floor or accessible by lift, an additional access fee may be applied if our technician must carry equipment up or down stairs.
Clients are also responsible for arranging parking for the duration of the service or covering the cost of the nearest available parking.
A “seat” refers to a single sitting space. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled or stained upholstery, or for oversized areas. Please note that we cannot guarantee complete stain removal, as certain stains may be permanent and unresponsive to treatment.
For commercial clients, termination of regular services requires a minimum of four weeks’ notice.
A 50% upfront payment is required before cleaning begins, with the remaining balance due before floor cleaning is completed. This allows clients to inspect the service and provide feedback. If no one will be present at the end of the service, full payment is required in advance.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation, or poor condition of items. Clients are advised to secure or store valuables to prevent accidental damage during the cleaning process.
