Carpet Cleaning Services

Inclusions:

• Spot removal: All spots & stains are treated individually with appropriate cleansing agents.
• Pre spray: Specially formulated, natural shampoo is sprayed evenly over your carpet which bonds with and breaks-down the dirt.
• Hot water extraction (steam cleaning): Your carpet is rinsed clean with hot water, removing deep-down dirt & odour.
• Fast drying: Any excess moisture is extracted to help your carpet dry more quickly.
• Deodorize: A deodorizer is applied in the end to neutralize odours and freshen up your carpets.

Note:

• Our minimum charge for carpet cleaning in a room is $90. These prices are for a room measuring maximum 14m². We count your living and dining areas separately.
• Our comprehensive carpet cleaning process is ideal for removing ground-in dirt, spots & stubborn stains, dust, bacteria & allergens, as well as pet odours & stains. We only use natural, environmentally-friendly detergents.
• There might be some stains which will be impossible to remove; we are not responsible for that.
• A carpet steam cleaning service typically takes around 2 to 6 hours to complete. This depends on the size of the carpeted area within your home and its current level of soiling and the temperature of the rooms.
• Please note that any heavy, bulky or electrical items should be moved prior to your service, otherwise we’ll clean around them.
• It usually takes around 2 to 4 hours for your carpet to dry completely after it has been steam cleaned, although it can be walked on straight away when we provide you disposal shoes.
• Pre-vacuum cleaning is NOT included.
